• * The album is cleaned, as well as possible, with compressed air; washed in a 50-50 solution of distilled water & denatured alcohol. Care is taken not to damage the label. Cleaning does not apply to audio tape.
• ** On well maintained albums or tapes noise can be reduced to nearly zero. On heavily damaged media some noise may be left behind so as not to reduce the sound quality of the original recording.
• *** If available and/or subject to condition of the original.

• Vinyl records should be in reasonably good shape. Cracks, deep scratches, and/or other forms of excessive wear which has obliterated the underlying recording cannot be repaired.
• Sorry, no 78s at this time. 33s and 45s only.
• Tapes which have been stretched, water damaged, and/or have suffered excessive wear cannot usually be recovered adequately.
• All media is examined prior to conversion. If it is determined to be too far gone the media will simply be returned at no charge.
